because of high blood pressure, my husband quit smoking 3 years ago. Now he has this 100 pound (maybe more) belly he is getting really tired of carrying around. For whatever reason, he does not want to talk to a dietitian as his doctor offered. He does do physical training 2 or 3 times a week. I prepare healthy meals but he overeats, gets food drunk & passes out on the couch asap.It has been too cold here (minus 40’s Celsius) to walk the dog or do anything outside . does anyone know of sites that have diet plans targeted for mens weight loss?

It does not sound like he is tired enough of the belly to do anything about it. Hypnotherapy? Are you sure you are actually feeding him a healthy diet?
