I am 25 years old and I weigh 190lbs. I just recently started doing the Tae-bo aerobics on youtube. My goal is 167lbs. Do you think I am overweight? I am doing the aerobics 5 times a week and trying to eat healthy without too much carbs. What else can I do to lose weight? Any suggestions on what I should add to my diet that would help with weight loss?
The most effective way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. So if your daily needs are 2000 calories then eat 1500 calories to lose 1lb a week.
Exercises will keep you fit and burn some calories but your food intake will definitely be more effective. Just make sure you get enough protein and Omega 3 (at least 3 grams a day).

It depends on your height. You should use a BMI calculator that you can Google. Exercising is a very good start. However, diet and exercise go together so you need to do both. You should also Google a calorie calculator. Anywhere from 1600-2200 calories a day should be fine depending on your activity level. It would be a good idea to see a nutritionist though.

Yes you are overweight. Even if you were 6 feet tall, 190 would be overwight. Thats an ok starting goal, but your ultimate goal should be much less. (Im assuming you are a girl) thats a great plan for losing weight! Make sure you arent eating over 1500 cals and drink a lot of water, also try to avoid sugar as much as possible =) Good luck!

hi, for those who want to lose weight! the best medicine to take is called "Slim 30", you can take one pill a day, there isnt any side affect… my whole family tried it, and they lost so much weight…. you also have to work out a little at least once or twice a week, this way u can see a bigg difference faster…
my sister lost 20 kg within 2 months, and she didnt gain the weight back after she stopped taking the medicine.

drinking lots of water will help to clean your system, it will even help you shed a few extra pounds.
its hard to tell if youre overweight but calculate your BMI and that will help you see where you stand.

if all you want is weight loss then try eating vegan
and do cardio exercise. (jogging/riding bicycle) to burn fat.
that's my diet plan and im 180lbs now used to be 215lbs in January.
and yes that is considered overweight for a girl of average height.
the ideal weight for anyone is around 170lbs.

The quick weight loss methods ussually do not provide lasting results, so you should be warry about that.|Do not starve your self(it never works, although that's the first thought that crosses anyone's mind when thinking to lose weight)|Start your day right. Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism.}Drink lots of water. Your body needs sufficient water to burn fat and keep your cells hydrated and healthy.Avoid too much sugar.Plan your meals around lots of fruits and vegetables, some bread, rice or pasta for that carbo fix that you need, plus lean meat and protein rich-foods. Sweets, sodas and pastries should be once-in-a-while indulgences only.
Here's some other quick tips for you:
* Do not skip meals. Skipping meals slicks the body into slowing down the metabolism, attempting to conserve calories during a period where limited fats and fuel are available. Remember that eating increases the metabolism.
* Consult the doctor before beginning an exercise or weight loss program.
* As much as possible do not remove the skins of fruits and vegetables since most of the nutrients are concentrated under the skin.
* One of the best sources of vegetable protein is from soya beans or tofu. All legumes provide some protein, so include lentils, lima beans etc into casseroles and soups.
* Try making omelettes without adding the yolks! A dramatic decrease in fat.
If you have started losing weight, just remember it's a question of will. Keep doing what your're doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.

Its mind over matter friend, if you're really determined you'll be able to lose weight. You might want to use Proactol tablets, they are organic and safe, no negative side effects. Many people are recommending it.
Check the link below for more info.
And ofcourse, fight temptation, stay away from cholesterol rich foods. Ü
