I am thinking of buying weight loss/diet pills on ebay, there are some many different ones. Which is good?

Yes, I know I need to do exercise too. Just want to know what else would help me lose weight faster.

there is no such things as "good" weight loss pills. at least none that are healthy….ESPECIALLY dont buy them from ebay if thats your pleasure…..you cant rely on ebay just to save a few bucks

    There isn’t a supplement out there that will make you lose weight fast. Trust me. It’s more important to eat healthy than to take a supplement. Here is what you do. Eliminate crappy carbohydrates such as cereal, cookies, crackers, granola bars, candy, soda, alcohol, waffles, bagels, pancakes, muffins, pastries, cake/pie, etc. Focus on eating lean protein (chicken, turkey, bison, beef, wild salmon, eggs) and vegetables at every meal. For sugar cravings eat berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries. Fat/weight loss supplements are a waste of money, you can do this by simply altering your diet! Cut back 250-500 calories that you eat a day, use http://www.fitday.com or Calorie King to help you monitor your serving sizes, good luck!

    Wow if that was me i would not be buying those pills or any pills off of ebay. you don;t know what the people could of did to them. don’t do it.
