What is a good weight loss program that will help me lose weight fast?

Well I am 13 years old and I weigh 155 pounds. I want to lose about thirty pounds before September. Any links to any websites that will help me start a weight loss program. Are there any good weight loss programs out there?

I want something that actually works. I don't mind actually making theffort - I just don't want to waste my money on a crap program.

This is a good way of thinking, there are so many people that just buy any old program thinking that it will work and then they end up not losig any wieght.

I want to lose 10 to 20 pounds over this summer?

What are healthy ways to do it? I know portion management, don't eat after 9:00 PM and always have breakfast to get my metabolism going. I don't want to go on one of those programs like South Beach Diet or Jenny Craig because that doesn't teach you anything and you can just regain all the weight easily if you go back to your old habits. I just want tips on weight loss. Thank you!!

What is good weight loss plan for a pescetarian?

I am a pescetarian, meaning that i am a "vegitarian" who eats fish. I am looking for a weight loss plan that will help me lose some weight while still not eating any meat other than fish.

Great.i was a pescetarian myself some years ago..take steamed fish with oatmeal for dinner(you may season it with pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil, and do add eggplants and carrots by the side)…do stick to your regular dose of veggies n fruit…do keep a limit on soy products because too much soy raises estrogen in your blood and that will be enough to limit your body from burning excess fat… Fatloss4idiots diet plan really help me generate a diet plan with the food that i choice. It's really helpful. Hope this help

I need help planning a weight loss diet meal plan?

I need help planning a 7 day meal menu. I want to lose weight. I don’t drink sodas. I want to eat 5 or 6 small healthy meals a day. I should eat around 1600 calories a day. And I drink coffee every morning. I want to get all the nutrients and things I need. Please help. Thanks. :)
