What is the best quick weight loss plans. ex. slimfast or lean cuisine.?

My friend needs to drop 30 pounds fast in order to recieve an acting role. We don’t have the time to create all the healthy foods and such so we were going to buy some things such as slimfast or lean cuisine. However, has anyone actually tried these and such? And by the way, she is parterning this with an excerise plan. Not just eating this stuff. Thanks to everyone that helps.

None of that diet crap works, honest to God, just eating healthy and cut back on eating so many snacks high in sugar helps. I am a small person and stay that way because I always eat breakfast (healthy…no sweet junk) and I stay away from sodas yet sometimes I let my sweet tooth get the best of me…plus I work out 5 times a week for about an hour. Its hard work to stay in good shape but it pays off in the end.

I’m trying to lose roughly 5 lbs or 2% body fat but it doesn’t seem that most weight loss plans work for me?

I’m an athlete- I race mountain bikes and do triathlons. I’m also a vegetarian. I’ve found it difficult not only to maintain proper nutrition while training, but I would really like to lose some weight but have found that most weight loss plans don’t take into consideration the phsyical demands of a competitive vegetarian athlete. Any suggestions?

Many people find that eating a couple of small snacks throughout the day helps them to make healthy choices at meals. A fattening breakfastof bacon and eggs or a pastry can be replaced with yogurt, oatmeal, high-fiber,low-sugar cereals; or fresh fruit or fruit smoothies. Make sure that your meal plan reduces your totalcalorie intake: you’re not going to lose weight if you consume thesame amount of calories by eating different foods. I am thinking of buying weight loss/diet pills on ebay, there are some many different ones. Which is good?

Yes, I know I need to do exercise too. Just want to know what else would help me lose weight faster.

there is no such things as "good" weight loss pills. at least none that are healthy….ESPECIALLY dont buy them from ebay if thats your pleasure…..you cant rely on ebay just to save a few bucks

because of high blood pressure, my husband quit smoking 3 years ago. Now he has this 100 pound (maybe more) belly he is getting really tired of carrying around. For whatever reason, he does not want to talk to a dietitian as his doctor offered. He does do physical training 2 or 3 times a week. I prepare healthy meals but he overeats, gets food drunk & passes out on the couch asap.It has been too cold here (minus 40’s Celsius) to walk the dog or do anything outside . does anyone know of sites that have diet plans targeted for mens weight loss?

the poor guy has a food addiction. nothing will help until he gets this problem fixed.
